Medium mixing bowl

Ingredients:
1 can tuna in water, drained
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp green pepper, diced
1 tsp red bell pepper, diced
1 tsp dill pickle, diced
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4" thick, skin on
Salt & pepper to taste
Old Bay spice for sprinkling
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, onion, peppers, pickle, and mayo. Stir until well blended.
Arrange zucchini slices on a plate or tray in a single layer.
Place a dollop of tuna on top of each zucchini slice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle lightly with Old Bay spice.
Chill and serve.

Any tuna, shrimp, crab, seafood, chicken, or ham salad may be used as a topping.
Top with thinly sliced black olives.
