Recipes - Tuna Pasta Salad

Medium mixing bowl
Large mixing bowl

Ingredients:
4 cups elbow macaroni (or similar pasta), cooked, drained, cooled

1 can tuna in water, drained
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp green pepper, diced
1 tsp red bell pepper, diced
1 tsp dill pickle, diced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Old Bay spice
2 Tbsp mayonnaise

1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/2 - 1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
In the medium mixing bowl, combine tuna, onion, peppers, pickle, spices, and mayo.
Stir until well blended.

In the large mixing bowl, toss pasta with broccoli and cauliflower.

Add the tuna mix to the pasta mix and blend well.
Add the remaining mayo until the desired taste and consistency is reached.
Chill and serve.

Any tuna, shrimp, crab, or seafood salad may be used.

Top with thinly sliced black olives.

Try tossing in cooked and chilled sweet green peas!
