Recipes - Raspberry Smoothie

Serving glasses

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh raspberries,
      OR 2 cups raspberry sherbert
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar (optional)

Directions:
Put everything into the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.

Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of fruit, such as banana or more raspberries.

Whipped cream may be added to the top of the serving glass and sprinkled with chocolate, cinnamon, granola, or your favorite topping.

Finely chopped nuts added to the blend provides protein and flavor.

Sugar may be eliminated, or replaced with xylitol, stevia, dextrose, erythritol, or other substitute sweetener.
