Preheat 350°F oven
2 (9") pie tins or 1 (9") deep dish pie pan
2 cups milk
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
6 Tbsp butter, divided (Butter recipe)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
8 maraschino cherries, halved
Put all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until well-mixed.
Pour into pie tin(s).
Sprinkle top(s) with nutmeg.
Dot with maraschino cherry halves.
Bake at 350F degree oven for 45 minutes or until wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool, slice, and serve.
Half of a banana in the mix is a yummy addition!
